Managing Member

Luis is a fluent Spanish-speaking attorney and is often the go-to lawyer for Spanish-speaking residents across Florida, the Caribbean and Central and South America. He has unique experience handling bilingual mediation proceedings for family law matters and criminal defense.

He is also a proud military veteran. Before practicing law, he worked as a registered nurse in both the Army and Air Force. There he acquired the valuable knowledge he uses today in helping with nursing license defense matters.

While still a reservist, Luis studied and graduated with a concentration in Health Law and International Law in 2004. He then started his legal career as an assistant public defender here in West Palm Beach. After three years, he moved on to become a prosecutor for the Department of Health before establishing a private practice geared toward advocating clients’ defense in criminal and nursing matters.
